Ingredients:
Gram flour - 200gms
Soy four - 150gms
Vanaspati/Butter - 100gms
Sugar - 60gms
Small Cardamom - 10gms
Pistachio - 10gms finely chopped
Method:
- Grind Sugar and cardamom seperately
- In a heavy bottomed pan, melt vanaspati/butter gradually on low fire
- Add the flours and keep stirring till it turns light brown
- Remove from fire and allow to cool
- Mix powdered sugar and cardamom as well as pista
- Take 1/3 cup in this mixture, press between your palms until it becomes a firm ball.
