SOY LADOO

DESSERT
Ingredients:
Gram flour          - 200gms
Soy four             - 150gms
Vanaspati/Butter - 100gms
Sugar                  -   60gms
Small Cardamom -  10gms
Pistachio              -  10gms finely chopped

Method: 
  • Grind Sugar and cardamom seperately
  • In a heavy bottomed pan, melt vanaspati/butter gradually on low fire
  • Add the flours and keep stirring till it turns light brown
  • Remove from fire and allow to cool
  • Mix powdered sugar and cardamom as well as pista
  • Take 1/3 cup in this mixture, press between your palms until it becomes a firm ball.
